Travel Marketing Manager - 12 Month Maternity Contract

Base Salary to 44,000 + Benefits

Hybrid - Surrey

Our client are an award-winning tour operator who are specialist in the Latin America the polar regions.

They are now recruiting for an experienced Travel Marketing Manager to join the team on a year one full time maternity cover contract

Candidates must have previous marketing management experience within the travelindustry as well as experience in managing a small team.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with two days in the office based in Surrey and the rest remotely.

Travel Marketing Manager Duties:

Leading and motivating members of the marketing team with clearly defined objectives, processes and KPIs, and ensure the team are managing their tasks effectively using Trello project management system.

Planning and implementing fully integrated marketing campaigns designed to enhance awareness, promote data capture and/or lead generation.

Communicating partner marketing campaign plans internally and externally.

Overseeing design and publication of all marketing material to support campaigns, branding, events and activities and brochures.

Working with the with Digital Marketing agency to develop and oversee effective implementation of PPC and other digital marketing efforts.

Travel Marketing Manager Experience Required:

Previous marketing management within the travel industry is essential

Previous experience of managing a team of marketing executives

Ability to work to deadlines

Good knowledge of SEO

Travel Marketing Manager Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary to 44,000 depending on experience

24 days annual leave

10 days fam trip allowance

Hybrid Working
