BIM Coordinator - Leading AJ100 Architectural Firm

A leading AJ100 architectural firm is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to become part of an exciting, creative, and unique firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering BIM Level 2 projects and manage Clash Detection as required.
  • Liaise with key project stakeholders to ensure compliance with project BEPs.
  • Provide training to project teams on BIM processes when necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven work experience in a UK-based firm.
  • Mastery of Revit and ArchiCAD; knowledge of other software is advantageous.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Initiative and a proactive working methodology.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Revit or other relevant BIM authoring tools.
  • Understanding of model federation and coordination.
  • Familiarity with legacy CAD applications.
  • Revit exam-based certification.
  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with programming (C#, VB, Python) and interoperability, especially between Revit and Rhino, is beneficial.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of practical BIM experience.
  • Experience in delivering projects to BIM standards (ISO19650) with validation and QA processes.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex projects and Common Data Environment (CDE) practices is a plus.
  • Understanding of computational concepts and software is beneficial.
