Business Development Manager (BDM) Role at Citiguard Security (UK) Ltd

As a Business Development Manager at Citiguard Security, you will focus on building long-term client relationships to maximize sales and establish a strong client base. Working alongside the Client Relationship Manager (also known as Customer Success Manager), who ensures client satisfaction and addresses their needs, you will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities and expanding Citiguard s reach. This involves researching industry trends, analyzing client needs, and developing tailored sales strategies.

While the Client Relationship Manager prioritizes aligning with client goals, such as achieving a high ROI, as a BDM, you will be focused on broader business objectives, like revenue growth, while supporting client needs. Client Relationship Manager Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensuring client satisfaction through after-sales care and feedback collection.
• Identifying and engaging potential new clients.
• Researching trends and advising colleagues on client strategies and new sales opportunities.
• Presenting products/services to clients.
• Addressing complaints and ensuring contract compliance.
• Supporting client goals alongside Citiguard s targets.
