Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Private Hospital, London

Contract: Minimum 6 months

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

Salary: £30 - £37 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: November 2024

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients dedicated pharmacy team within a private hospital in London. The ideal candidate will have clinical wards experience and a commitment to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to their patients!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide advice on drug interactions, side effects, and appropriate use of medications.
• Participate in clinical rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Educate patients and healthcare professionals on medication-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven clinical wards experience within a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
