  • Strategic Contract Management: Manage contracts and procurement activities to ensure efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Lead negotiations with suppliers pre- and post-contract, ensuring the best value throughout project lifecycles, especially those related to capital expenditure.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Research and incorporate industry best practices to strengthen the company's commercial strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as governance, project management, and controls to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

  • Multi-Project Experience: Proven ability to manage several simultaneous infrastructure projects, meeting tight deadlines and satisfying high stakeholder expectations.
  • Industry Experience: A background in construction, specifically in managing and improving existing assets, is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication and strategic development skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Public & Private Sector Flexibility: Experience in either sector is welcome, though a preference is given to roles in large infrastructure projects.
