On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Conduct Risk Project Manager for a 6 months contract based in London (Hybrid)

Purpose of the Role:

As Conduct Risk Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Conduct and Control Office management and senior Project Manager to ensure proper alignment and satisfaction of relevant objectives. As Conduct Risk Project Manager, you will be supporting on a large transformation programme.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a Conduct Risk Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Close collaboration with the senior program manager and overall Governance for the program.
• Initiating projects & sub-projects when required with sponsors and senior ITO managers to clarify objectives, roadmap, and budget.
• Overseeing project objectives, ensuring compliance with deadlines and agreed deliverable quality.
• Define objectives and deliverable completion deadlines to ensure compliance with the Cost-Quality-Time triangle
• Deliver various project management methodology deliverable.
• Act as the primary, key, and direct contact for the project together with the project stakeholders.
• Ensure headcount phasing is up-to-date and within given constraints.

What we require from the candidate:

• Senior Project Management experience with significant exposure managing large transformation programmes.
• Experience in conduct risk and operational risk.
• Experience working in investment bank industry.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in Microsoft Office tools, MS Project, and Project Management tools.
