Your new company
A tech company based in London are recruiting for a CustomerDevelopment Executive to join their team on a temporary basis. The temporary position is on an ongoingbasis, for the right person there could be the opportunity for the role to gopermanent. You must be immediately available to start. The role is Monday-Friday 09:30-17:30. This role is 5 days a week in office.

Your new role
My client is seeking adynamic and results-driven individual to join their team. The successfulcandidate will conduct outbound calls to potential B2C and B2B clients,introducing the company's products/services and generating sales leads. Youwill understand the needs and preferences of both client types, tailoring yoursales pitches accordingly. Effective communication of product/service features,benefits, and pricing is essential. Building and maintaining strong customerrelationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty is a key part of the role. Youwill be expected to meet weekly and monthly call targets and KPIs, keepaccurate records of calls and sales activities in the companies CRM system, andcollaborate with the team to identify opportunities for cross-selling orupselling. Additionally, you will provide feedback to management on theeffectiveness of outbound calling strategies, lead quality, and customerresponse.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous customer service experience is essential. You'll need to haveexcellent communication skills both verb and written. You must be enthusiasticabout always providing an excellent customer service experience. The idealcandidate will have the ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasksto meet sales targets and KPIs. They will possess strong negotiation andpersuasion skills to engage prospects, and be able to work independently aswell as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsis essential. The candidate should be adaptable to a dynamic work environment,and have a positive attitude, vibrant personality, resilience, and a strongdesire to succeed in sales.
