This company provide building support services to a large portfolio of public and private sector clients. Your role within the company will involve ensuring detailed and legible records of customer interactions ensuring that the enquiry or problem has been dealt with accordingly.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in a customer service environment and will have a good understanding of problem solving and working as part of a team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term job security within a family run company.

The Role:

Communication with new and existing customers
Problem solving enquires and issues
Working as part of a well-structured team

Background in customer service desirable
Comfortable working in a team
Commutable to North London office
