Haringey is seeking a talented Disrepair Caseworker to join our team on a Contract basis. Embrace the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, with three months of contract working in the vibrant community of Haringey. As a Disrepair Caseworker, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with the contract manager and disrepair surveyor to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. They are offering £30/ph.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in contract working and liaising with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with disrepair surveyors
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of property maintenance and relevant regulations
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in property management or related field
• Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience
• Additional training in contract management or surveying is advantageous
