Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnered with E3G (Third Generation Environmentalism) to recruit for their new Entity Finance Manger.

E3G is an independent climate change think tank with a global outlook. They work on the frontier of the climate landscape tackling the barriers and advancing the solutions to a safe climate. Their goal is to translate climate politics, economics and policies into action.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is effectively the Financial Controller role across five entities. You will oversee planning, reporting, forecasting and controls both at each country level and consolidated, as well as the provision of key accounting functions.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop a small team of 2
• Deputising for CFO at Senior Management and board level where necessary
• Lead on statutory reporting and year end audit process
• Overseeing preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Preparing consolidated management accounts across entities
• Overseeing bank and cash management across legal entities
• Manage special financial projects and provide financial insights to support business initiatives

Essentials:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)
• Strong system and Excel skills
• Strong experience across financial and management accounting
• Proven technical finance experience
• Ability to be hands on and detailed orientated

Salary range is 70,000 - 75,000 Depending on Experience + Excellent Benefits.
