Experienced Estimator in London required, offering a competitive salary between £40k-£55k + benefits.

Your new company
The client is an established independent company that provides custom solutions for the procurement and delivery of fit-out, construction, and maintenance contracts across various sectors, including office environments, retail, and the food & beverage industry.
Your new role
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the company's ongoing success. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates by analysing proposals and requirements and tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. You will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Estimator, preferably within the construction industry. You will need excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders. A proven track record of working with subcontract packages, either within a subcontractor or principal contractor setting. Proficiency in relevant software packages is also required.
