Created by the education and skills sector and founded in 2013, we act with and for the sector and are highly regarded for the wide range of support we offer to educators and leaders alike.

Supporting a professional community of 20,000 plus members, we are proud to set the professional standards for the quality of teaching. By offering DfE funded leadership, development and training programmes and supporting professionalism across the sector, ETF also support recruitment into the education and skills sector.

We are now looking for an outstanding Executive Director of Membership and Sales to join our Executive team. As the strategic lead for driving the growth of membership and increasing retention rates, you will set the strategy for membership categories, products, services and partnerships, ensuring our long-term sustainable membership income. You will be commercially astute with experience of brand implementation and will utilise this to maximise our profile to the best effect.

Wherever you are now, you will bring experience of operating at a senior level within an organisation of comparable size and complexity, a growth mindset, and a track record of having led teams through change. You will be strategic and collaborative in your approach, with the commercial acumen and maturity of judgement necessary to build personal credibility quickly. Skilled at creating and maintaining a high-performance culture, inspiring and influencing at all levels, you will work collaboratively across our teams.
