Premier Recruitment is excited to be working with a well-established law firm based in Bexleyheath, looking to hire an experienced Private Client Paralegal with a focus on will drafting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role:

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's Private Client team, with a primary focus on drafting wills and assisting with other estate planning matters. You will be working closely with clients, providing clear and concise advice while ensuring the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting wills and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assisting with estate planning and administration tasks.
• Managing client files and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to progress matters.
• Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a paralegal within a Private Client team is essential.
• Proven experience in drafting wills and advising on estate planning.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
