Job description

Working in high end financial services this Facilities Manager role is responsible for management of overall soft services operations and contract management for their City based office including front of house, switchboard, catering, global travel, meeting room management, hospitality, vending, events, post & print services, plants & landscaping. The position includes effective relationship management of a number of vendors, budget management, health and safety and business continuity as well as projects and acting as tenant liaison. The Facilities Manager role is hybrid with one day a week working from home. The office culture is very much focussed on top service provision enabled through collaborative team working and mutual support.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of all of the mentioned areas of soft facilities services working clientside within a professional services environment. This is an outstanding opportunity to work as part of a highly effective and driven facilities management team in a supportive and welcoming environment.
