About the Opportunity:

Due to our clients continued expansion, they are seeking a Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the stonework factory. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in managing production or factory operations within a manufacturing or stonework environment. Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing and coordinating the factory workforce, including supervisors, machinists, and laborers, to optimize productivity and performance.
