This is a term-time only position, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Your working hours will be from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends fully.
This is a 1-year contract, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and enhance your teaching skills. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced educators and contribute to the growth and development of our pupils.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Level 3 professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and pupils. Your responsibilities will include assisting in classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to pupils, and helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment in Wandsworth.
Do you have:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline or experience with working with children.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching and a passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
