Head of Marketing sought to join the B2B events arm of a big-name media business working on a Tier 1 event worth 30M+.

The successful candidate will manage two Senior Marketing Managers, overseeing all marketing milestones and project deliverables, while contributing to broader marketing strategy development.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in team empowerment, data-driven strategy, and project management, especially within events or process-oriented industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Direct marketing initiatives, aligning with business goals.
• Team Empowerment: Support two Senior Managers, each responsible for distinct marketing segments.
• Project Coordination: Streamline workflows across marketing, sales, and content teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure cohesive messaging and seamless project execution.

We're looking for a resilient, adaptable candidate with a proven record in B2B, especially in settings where strategic, high-impact marketing drives success. Ideal candidates have a collaborative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a knack for establishing and optimizing best practices.

Is there International travel required? Yes, travel to the event is essential and there could be a need for other travel during the year.

Location of London. 4 days in the office; 1 day WFH.
