Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Team Leader to oversee and coordinate hospitality activities . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality service. This role requires the ability to manage a team effectively, ensuring that all staff are supported in their duties while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

As a Team Leader, you will

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
  • Lead and supervise a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
  • Set up Tables , listen to team briefings in the morning, bring the briefing to action during the day. Ensuring that you are able to run your section whilst managing a team of hospitality staff.
  • Reporting daily to the site Operations team, for a full briefing on work expectations & improvement.
  • Support Managers/Supervisors to effectively, induct, train and develop team members in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Give full co-operation to any colleagues who require assistance in a prompt, caring & helpful manner.
  • Achievement of great customer satisfaction and ensure that every customer is given a polite, friendly, and personal service at all times.

What you ll bring

  • Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
  • An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
  • A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in the preparation of reports related to client outcomes and team performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a team leader in hospitality.
  • Proven leadership abilities that can motivate and inspire a team to achieve service excellence.
  • Effectively communicating with clients, guests, and team members requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities is a result of excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling and service
  • Having a positive outlook, being professional, being able to adjust to fit the needs of others and being dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at all times.
