Interim Housing Manager Opportunity - London

We're seeking an experienced Housing Performance Manager to join a local authority in London on an interim contract, working in a hybrid capacity. This role offers an excellent hourly rate of 34.95 per hour (Umbrella) and provides the opportunity to make a real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Housing Patch Managers, ensuring high-quality, resident-focused tenancy management.
- Oversee tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation.
- Drive performance improvements and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver a customer-centric housing service.
- Tackle complex housing issues, including ASB, rent arrears, and tenancy sustainment, with early intervention and effective case management.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction remains a key priority, promoting a solutions-focused culture.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of housing law and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in managing housing teams and complex casework.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities.
