We are continuously recruiting for Housing Officers and Property Management Officers on a temporary or temp to perm basis across London and M25 corridor paying 18.09 ph PAYE / 23.78 ph Umbrella at Level 1 & 19.38 ph PAYE / 25.47 ph Umbrella at Level 2.This ongoing recruitment effort reflects our client's commitment to expanding their teams with dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the community.

Housing Officers

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a small patch of properties which offers ample opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents
  • Reviewing rent accounts
  • Undertaking ASB interviews and agreeing action plans
  • Taking back empty properties, advertising and re letting
  • Mould and damp inspections
  • Visits to residents' homes
  • Working in collaboration with other departments to resolve issues for residents
  • Liaising with external stakeholders on specific cases e.g. Councils, MP's, Social Services etc.
  • Estate inspections
  • Managing repairs
  • Setting up resident accounts
  • Supporting colleagues


Property Management Officers

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a small patch of properties which offers ample opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents
  • Delivery of the property management and leasehold service to homeowner customers
  • Providing a compliant, proactive and customer focused leasehold service to residents
  • Service charges including setting budgets, managing costs and reconciling accounts
  • Income collection
  • All aspects of engagement and consultation with residents (including section 20)
