We are now looking for an experienced and energetic Housing Services Assistant to join our housing services team.

High on the list of achievements we are looking for in the successful candidate is good face-to-face customer service experience in a service sector and an engaging manner.

Equally important will be a good level of education, including verbal and written communication skills. Personal development from the organisation will match your desire to learn and grow.

You will be supported by a small but dedicated management team with the experience and ability to match their ambition for their residents.

Created in 1994, Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident managed housing organisation. Our estates comprise 1,200 mixed tenure properties within the East London geographical area. Our key partner is Hackney Council with our services delivered in partnership with several other service providers.
