International Payroll Analyst - Professional Services Between £45,000 - £55,000

Your new company
This company is one of the largest market providers in the Financial Service space with recent acquisitions for continued growth. With their sophisticated technology and global network expanding, they are seeking an experienced International Payroll Analyst to join their growing dynamic international team. This is a pivotal role within the business as this opportunity will allow full ownership and collaboration of processing international payrolls.

Your new role
As the new International Payroll Analyst, you will provide training and support to payroll and HR teams on their payroll system. With your strong knowledge of international payroll across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, you will also support the implementation of their payroll system. You will ensure the timely processing of payroll and other pay items while keeping up with up-to-date payroll laws and regulations across all of their entities.

  • Payroll processing
  • Maintaining and updating employee payroll data
  • Managing year-end payroll adjustments and compliance
  • Resolving payroll queries
  • Distributing payroll reports for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Streamlining and improving payroll processes
  • Providing exceptional service to all team members


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this opportunity, we are looking for a seasoned Payroll Specialist, ideally with a background in Professional Services. It would be advantageous if you had also been involved with an implementation project. Other skills that would be advantageous are:
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced expertise with Excel - vlookups, pivot tables
