Investigations Case Director Regulatory Body.

1 Year contract. Maternity cover.

£54 000 to £58 000. Pro rata.

Hybrid. 2 days in the office. Based near to Elephant and Castle.

Lead, motivate, and provide strategic direction to a multidisciplinary team, managing fitness to practice cases and administrative support. You ll play a key role in driving improvements, collaborating with the Fitness to Practice management team to embed change and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities of the Investigations Case Director:

• Collaborate with the Head of Fitness to Practice and other managers.
• Deliver strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyse data to identify risks and proactively solve operational issues.
• Implement agile strategies to anticipate regulatory changes and improve processes.
• Ensure regulatory decisions are robust, consistent.
• Meet public protection objectives.
• Manage team performance, providing direction & coaching.
• Promote a high-performance culture.
• Work closely with stakeholders and represent the organization.
• Support the department's equality, diversity, and inclusion goals.
• Deputize for the Head of Fitness to Practice when required.

This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
