THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for a Jnr Project Manager to work within their existing building services projects team based in London. The Jnr Project Manager is responsible for assisting with the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction and financial outcome of assigned building services projects and will be required to assist with coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.

This position will suit somebody with knowledge of HVAC systems and associated plant and equipment, ideally from an installation perspective. Experience of leading a team is imperative, as well as demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills with Clients.

Whilst this role is based in our London office, the team support clients nationwide, so travel across the UK will be required from time to time.

This role may require a full DBS check to be completed.

Annual salary up to £60,000 plus mileage & travel paid, pension, mobile phone and more.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A technical qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering subject
  • Demonstrable building services knowledge skills gained with working in a Building Services environment. A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience.
  • Experience in performing condition surveys, life cycle costing, strategic planning, asset schedules and maintenance audits
