With a base salary of £25,000 and realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 in your first year (rising to £65,000 by year two), your success will directly impact your financial rewards. Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing & screening: Identify high-caliber candidates using advanced sourcing strategies.
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the entire process from initial contact to offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless client-candidate experience.
- Client relationship building: Become a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them secure top talent.
- Networking & business development: Attend client meetings and industry events to grow your network and generate new opportunities.
- Closing deals: Match the right candidates to the right roles, and earn commissions for your success.
What We re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable (B2B, SDR, D2D, Account Management, etc.).
- A 2:1 degree or higher is preferred, though not essential if you have the drive to succeed.
- A competitive edge, perhaps honed through sports or a results-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- A target-driven mindset and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
