The Role

Are you ready to lead a team and drive sales growth in a dynamic retail environment? Do you have the skills and experience to manage and inspire a team while ensuring exceptional customer service? Beard Surgeon is looking for a dedicated Kiosk Manager to oversee our new kiosks across the UK.

In this role, you ll be at the forefront of our brand, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kiosks. You ll be responsible for creating a fantastic customer experience, motivating your team, and hitting sales targets.

Note: The role is based at Beard Surgeon kiosk locations. Westfield, Stratford and White City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and boost profitability.
• Support sales activities and motivate the team to meet and exceed goals.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of kiosk staff.
• Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
• Manage budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

The Person

• Preferably holds a degree in business or retail management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Demonstrated leadership and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing budgets.
• Flexible to travel between kiosks and work varied hours, including weekends.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
