Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

Location: South Croydon

Salary: £25K - £28K per year

Hours: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a compassionate and caring individual who would like to work with children as a nursery practitioner? Are you reliable and punctual?

Our client is recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse for an independent day nursery located in South Croydon, We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic team players to join our lovely team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children in a fun, safe, and secure setting.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Monitor and record children s progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing information with parents and colleagues.
• Ensure the nursery environment is clean, hygienic, and conducive to learning.
• Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver the best outcomes for children.
• Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

You will need to have a clear enhanced DBS Check, either on the Government Update Service or alternatively we can carry out one for you.
