Position Overview:
Staffing Match is proud to work with a leading Airline Catering company striving to be the UK's top inflight service provider. To support this goal, we are recruiting a dedicated, customer-focused Lounge Host/Hostess to join our Heathrow Airport team.

This role is ideal for those passionate about hospitality, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium service. As part of a dynamic team, you will provide first-class hospitality to passengers from all airline classes, including First Class, Business Class, and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional silver service to lounge guests.
• Build positive and cooperative relationships with team members.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and food presentation standards.
• Coordinate with chefs to handle special requests from guests.
• Provide warm greetings and assist guests with professionalism.
• Look for opportunities to enhance the guest experience proactively.
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellence.
