Mechanical Engineer - FM Service Provider - City of London - up to 44,000

Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working in a Commercial Office Building in the City of London.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to work in a Large Commercial Building in City of London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to City of London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Plumbing carrying out installs, repairs and maintenance. In return the company are offering up to 44,000 annually with overtime, training and development.

Shift pattern is Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM's and Reactive works
• Repairs
• Install
• Reporting into the Engineering Manager
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard

Required Skills:

• Plumbing Level 2/3 or Mechanical Level 2/3
• Working experience in a Facilities Maintenance Environment
• Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and Fabrics.
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
