Job description

Are you a qualified building services maintenance engineer with experience in maintaining commercial air-conditioning systems? I would like to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable contractor, servicing on-site HVAC and AC systems across your allocated property portfolio in London and South-East England.

Duties

  • Splits/multi-splits - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
  • VRV/VAV/VRF - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
  • Reciprocating, scroll and centrifugal compressors changes
  • Chillers - condenser changes, re-gasing
  • Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
  • AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
  • Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls
  • Ensuring all works carried out are logged
  • Raising quotes for clients
  • Signing off jobs once complete
  • Liaising with subcontractors and Facility Managers on a regular basis

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical field
  • 18th Editon (desirable, not essential)
  • F-Gas qualification (desirable, not essential)

Package

  • 45k to 47k salary range
  • Mon to Fri days - no nights
  • Van & Fuel card provided
  • Company pension
  • 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
