MS Dynamics CRM Analyst/Developer
Job Description
Our client, who is a global assurance partner working with FTSE100 organisations is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM developer to help configure and set up a significant volume of information in preparation for going live with MS Dynamics across all business areas.
Responsibilities- Configure and set up email templates per market with localisation.
- Create and embed CRM forms on various websites and pages.
- Manage event requests for attendance at events and webinars.
- Handle gated requests for the download of documents and files.
- Support the marketing team in delivering the build for go-live, focusing on regions rather than business streams.
- Assist with newsletters and subscription communications.
- Utilise AI to translate different fields and copy English fields to different language translators.
- Perform repetitive configuration work in CRM.
- Build form templates and modules.
- Configure forms and email templates for each local country and language.
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to take instructions and deliver tasks proactively.
- Confidence to ask questions when required.
- Experience in similar projects and the ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Experience with configuration and administration of MS Dynamics CRM.

Work EnvironmentThis is a remote position with no travel requirements. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 UK time, with some flexibility in the time zone as long as the work is completed. The project is expected to go live by the end of January 25, with support from a digital marketing systems specialist in both the US and the UK.
