My client is looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Walthamstow. If you are enthusiastic and motivated, with a dedication to continuous improvement, this job will be ideal for you. My client needs you to have great problem-solving skills, as well as being able to work within a wider team.

A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in electrical, automation, or multi-skilled engineering (or equivalent experience) is required.

In this role, you ll work across shifts (days and nights) to deliver continuous improvement, proactive maintenance, and timely repairs. You will have a variety of key accountabilities that will range from diagnosing and resolving automation, electrical and mechanical issues during breakdowns, focusing on KPI s such as OEE and CCO s and maintaining high standards of safe working.

Experience and Qualification Required

• Experience in training and coaching others.
• A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in electrical, automation, or multi-skilled engineering (or equivalent experience).
