Night Concierge
Location: Fulham
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (DOE)
Hours: 4 on, 4 off, 8 PM - 8 AM

Overview:
Our client is in search of a committed Night Concierge to deliver exceptional front-of-house service at their residential development. This role is vital for creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House:

• Act as an ambassador for the client, prioritizing high-quality customer service.
• Engage positively and empathetically with residents and visitors.
• Handle phone and email communications with professionalism, clearly identifying yourself and the brand.
• Address and resolve complaints or issues, collaborating with the wider team as needed.
• Perform health and safety checks to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of external areas and assist with waste management.

Asset Management:

• Support ongoing asset management routines, ensuring effective contract and risk management.
• Assist in the mobilization process, coordinating with stakeholders for smooth transitions.
• Keep detailed records of compliance and risk management activities.
• Collaborate on contract management to implement appropriate schedules.

Qualifications:

• A valid UK driving license is required for operating waste management equipment.
• 1 year previous concierge experience, ideally residential
