Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, high growth business in a dynamic and broad Finance & Payroll Administrator role, based in London.

The focus of the role is to work with the UK Finance Operations team and support various finance operational matters including, but not limited to, payroll support, commission, bonuses and general finance support to the UK team. From time to time there may be the opportunity to support US finance needs. The role reports to the UK Finance Director.

  • General support of wider UK Finance Operations Team.
  • Managing all processes involving payroll, commission payments and bonus payments.
  • Liaising and supporting 3rd party payroll provider.
  • Implementing process where possible to improve process and increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience working in a finance administrator role preferred.
  • Previous experience of collating and managing payroll data.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Interest in finance and accounting.
