Payroll Manager, between £65k-£75k, Perm

Hays is proud to partner exclusively with a leading consultancy organisation who is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. Due to acquisition and growth, the role has been newly created.

Your new role
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the payroll processes from end-to-end
• Implementing Workday
• Centralising all payrolls
• Processing payroll for UK & ROI entities
• Reporting into the Head of HR

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPP qualifications or equivalent
• Previous experience implementing new payroll systems (Workday is required)
• Coverage of UK & ROI entities
• Adaptability and resilience to work in fast-paced environments
• Highly organised with processes
• Experience with HRIS system(s) and stakeholder management to manage projects from end-to-end
