Your new role
As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of pre-construction activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site inspections and preparing site plans.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Overseeing the development of pre-construction documents, including plans and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Evaluating, negotiating, and awarding construction contracts.
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of pre-construction activities.
What you'll need to succeed
