My client a very successful and growing Construction recruitment agency have just opened a new office near Monument in London and are looking to grow their headcount by 6-7 in the next couple of months. They have established recruiters in the team whom have moved over from the Kent office and the MD will be working closely with you as a billing manger growing the business with the team.

The agency cover blue collar, trades and Labour and White collar roles in a range of construction industries. They are open to 360 consultants with Blue Collar, White Collar, Trades and Labour background. They recruit into the UK and into Europe and UAE and are rapidly expanding and very high billing.

They are seeking to hire senior leadership team comproised of Principal consutlants who will build a team around them and grow with the agency. Ideally you will have mentored junior colleagues and had some management input even if you havent had direct line reports. This is essential, but the drive and ambition to be a team lead and future Director is essential.

• 4 days in the office (WFH on a Friday)
• 3pm finish on a Friday

Ideal candidate

• Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience in construction recruitment and 3 years plus in a recruitment. You will need at least a year in a 360 capacity winning business.
• You will have experience recruiting in a built environment sector and have done construction recruitment.
• Ideally you will have Business Development experience, however they will also look at delivery and candidate focused consultants.
• You will need a car and driving licence as you will be required to visit sites to meet clients.
• They are hiring 6 positions at the moment, They have one delivery consultant role hiring Fire Protection, they are looking for 4 plus 360 consultants in a range of Blue/White collar markets, specifically in M&E and Data Center ideally, then they are also open to hiring someone to do a Business Development only role, and bring in business and accounts to feed into the team, and can look at hiring a delivery consultant to support.
