About The Role:

We are working with a highly desirable and creative international architecture practice, famed for their state-of-the-art projects across the globe. They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to become part of their team in London for a 14-month maternity cover contract starting from January 2025.

This dynamic hybrid role will provide comprehensive administrative support to project leads and team members on a high-profile project, along with providing personal assistant support to multiple Directors. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient, pro-active, have attention to detail and possess strong Excel skills.

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading studio within the design industry in their beautiful bright and airy office in a vibrant part of town!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project submissions and assist in presentations
  • Coordinate documentation, meetings, and events
  • Manage calendars, organise meetings, and arrange site visits for internal and external clients
  • Support Project Directors and Associates, handling queries and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and financial documents
  • Assist with timesheets, resource allocation, and project planning
  • Handle formal communication with clients and consultants
  • Support staff recruitment, appraisals, and onboarding
  • Manage office logistics, IT issues, and facility needs
  • Collaborate with various departments across offices
  • Assist in translation and event preparation
  • Maintain a strong team spirit and efficient operations

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the architecture industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and IT applications
  • Skilful prioritisation and planning capabilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills in dynamic settings
  • Tactful and diplomatic with diverse situations and individuals
