Paralegal - Residential / Commercial Property
Training Contract available
£26-30k Depending on experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Paralegal to join a dynamic team who are growing and expanding their Property Team.

The successful Property Paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting the Senior Solicitors with various aspects of property matters.

Property Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of property conveyancing matters.
  • Conducting title searches, land registry checks, and other due diligence tasks.
  • Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Handling post-completion matters, including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and Land Registry applications.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of case progress.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Property Paralegals require the following experience:
  • A minimum of 12mts of experience in residential and or commercial property conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology.
  • A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
