Opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Associate to join a leading firm in London.

The Firm

Our client is a prestigious, full-service and commercially focused firm that has been established for 300 years.

They have extensive experience advising UNHW/HNW families, real estate investors, landed estates, entrepreneurs, and family businesses.

Our client's years of experience mean they are seen as the expert hand for international and domestic clients, with many families remaining their client through several generations.

Our client's services include Commercial Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Family, Immigration, Private Client and Residential Property.

Particularly, our client has expertise in running Family Offices, handling Arts & Luxury assets (i.e yachts, art, air crafts and classic cars), and traditional landed estates.

Vacancy

The firm boast a leading, Legal 500 recognised Real Estate Finance team in London.

The team advise the firm's impressive property, corporate and private wealth clients on their complex financing requirements.

They act for lenders, financial institutions, sponsor servicers and corporate borrowers on all forms of real estate debt finance including senior and mezzanine loan origination, loan restructuring and loan workout.

The department also focus on real estate development finance and act for property developers and funders on a variety of real estate development projects, joint ventures and acquisition finance.

Due to growth, this highly successful team are now looking to make an experienced and pivotal team hire.

Requirements

• Qualified Real Estate Finance Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE
• Strong track record of advising on complex Real Estate Finance transactions
• Impressive academics
