• Book coaches / transport for trips/residentials and be the point of call for them (or words to that effect)
• Occasionally supervise children in the front office in the event of a late pick up by parents
• Manage daily pupil register, ensuring all class registers are complete and following up on queries

First Aid:
• Greet children who are feeling ill or have sustained an injury
• Assess them and administer basic first aid, as appropriate
• Contact parents and staff as necessary to report a treatment or a need to go home
• Contact emergency services on the rare occasion they are needed
• Log all medical treatments
• Maintain an accurate central record of children with medical conditions and allergies which is shared with staff
• Order additional first aid supplies as needed
In general:
• Be prepared to work overtime on occasion such as staffing the front desk at parent evenings
• Complete any additional duties asked
Safeguarding, wellbeing, and pastoral matters:
• To be aware of and implement all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection
• To actively promote and model good practice in equality and diversity, safeguarding and health and safety
• To share responsibility for the welfare, wellbeing and safety of all children in the school

• To undertake all training as required
• To instil attitudes and habits consistent with maintaining a happy and caring atmosphere within the whole school community
