Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor with experience in using iTrent for recruitment management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that all recruitment processes are managed online and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Post job adverts on various platforms and manage the recruitment process through iTrent.
  • Send out offer letters and contracts to successful candidates.
  • Conduct DBS checks and ensure all necessary background checks are completed.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, confidently pushing back when recruiting managers seek to bypass established processes.
  • Provide advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist with HR projects and continually improve recruitment processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor or similar role.
  • Familiarity with iTrent recruitment functionality.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confidence to enforce company policies and procedures
