SENDhelp is working with a lovely all-age (0-19) partner school in Harrow is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This full-time, long-term role offers the perfect opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in education.

About the Role:
As our new SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including on or some of the following special needs ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a holistic support system that promotes each child's development.
- Help manage classroom behaviour, using positive reinforcement and restorative practices to create a calm and productive learning environment.
- Support pupils with personal care and mobility, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued at all times.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to the close-knit community that makes our school in Harrow so special.
