Job description

Are you a well-rounded and experienced Drainage Engineer looking for a new opportunity?

Our client has an opening for a Engineering specialising in drainage with a minimum of 5 years experience in their London office.

You ll be working on some of the biggest infrastructure projects or in delivering professional services across the UK.

What you need to succeed:

  • Chartered Member or working towards chartered membership of a professional institution such as CIWEM, ICE, APM, etc.
  • Technical experience in UK drainage standards including SuDS.
  • Experience of developing and assessing drainage designs using industry standard drainage modelling software (Microdrainage or Causeway Flow) and technically competent in fundamental hydraulic design principles.
  • Efficient in the use of AutoCAD and Ciivils3D.
  • A successful track record in project and construction management, working with design teams to deliver large scale infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working in diverse multi-disciplined teams to produce deliverables to a high standard.
  • Experience working in client facing environments and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Develop and build mutually beneficial external stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Chartered Membership of relevant professional organisation.
