Are you a Senior Level Facilities Manager or similar with a hands-on engineering background, looking for a unique opportunity to lead a team at one of the world's most iconic and historic estates?

This role places you at the heart of a renowned heritage property, where you'll be responsible for managing operations across a site known for its architectural significance and the high-profile events it hosts. As Senior Facilities Manager, you'll ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, preserving the legacy of the estate while supporting its modern-day operations.

In this role, you'll oversee specialist term contracts and planned maintenance across the estate. Your expertise will drive performance improvement, and you'll lead both Hard and Soft FM teams to maintain the estate's facilities to the highest standards, balancing heritage preservation with operational needs.

The Job:

• Oversee and manage all specialist term contracts and planned maintenance across the estate.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory standards.
• Lead the facilities team to provide clear, effective line management and support.
• Improve performance and innovation standards across Hard & Soft FM contracts.

The Person:

• Facilities/Operations Manager or similar background with hands-on engineering experience.
• Proficient in compliance and legislative management.
• Extensive experience in managing both Hard and Soft FM services.
• Ideally a member of IWFM, RICS, CIOB, or CIBSE.
• Strong expertise in budget management, contract management, and stakeholder relations.
