After recent changes and restructuring, our client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Cost Manager OR Associate with an extensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) background.

Key Essentials:

• MEP Expertise: You must have extensive experience in MEP cost management, with a proven track record across all aspects of this discipline.
• Autonomous Professional: Being a smaller consultancy, this opening suits someone who can manage their own diary, work autonomously, and thrive in a transparent, collaborative environment. If you're used to bigger consultancies where hand-holding is common, this may not be for you.
• Hybrid Working: While this is predominantly an office-based role, the offer of hybrid working will be accommodated, for the right candidate.
