Senior Project Manager
Salary 32-40ph
London or Birmingham - Full Time, Contract

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the global delivery of key developments. The role involves managing aspects of architecture, engineering, design, and planning to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include regular communication with stakeholders, report preparation, and presentation to clients, as well as implementing QA/QC procedures and using project management tools to track progress.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with external consultants, managing project plans, and facilitating project meetings. The role also involves liaising with authorities, supporting contractor appointments, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Must Haves:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, CIOB, APM, RICS, CIBSE).
10+ years of experience in construction or civil engineering, or a minimum 6 years focused on industrial manufacturing projects
Strong understanding of contract forms (e.g., NEC3, JCT D&B, FIDIC).
Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects
Technical minded individual with experience in industrial manufacturing projects, like automotive manufactuers, FMCG factories or pharmacturical projects.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction at all levels.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills for managing a complex work

Please note some travel may be required, and working hours may vary across time zones due to the international nature of the projects
