Senior Project Manager Overview:
They are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their London office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing multiple high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior staff as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within the construction or consultancy sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of JCT Contracts.
