Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our London-based Portfolio team. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will oversee the management and operation of a designated property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day management, occupier liaison, service charge administration, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Building Consultancy Team to manage planned works, long-term asset replacement, and ensure service charge budgets and property plans are aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Monitor statutory and internal compliance, conducting audits and assessments, and ensuring all documentation aligns with industry standards.
  • Authorize and review supplier payments, prepare funding requests, and provide due diligence during property transactions.
  • Ensure occupier compliance with leases and related legal obligations.
  • Engage with occupiers to enhance satisfaction and retention through various initiatives and frameworks.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of properties, including handling TUPE processes.
  • Lead a team in alignment with our company values and ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Strong technical skills in property management and compliance.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting leases and legal documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, capable of communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including report writing.
