A Day in The Life

We re seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Negotiator in a dynamic environment you ll prepare for appointments, conduct viewings, negotiate sales and offer terms, and manage paperwork. You ll often liaise with vendors and buyers, providing updates and feedback whilst also staying abreast of market trends. Strong communication, proactivity, and adaptability are key to thriving in this exciting role.

Duties

  • Assist Branch Manager in achieving sales targets.
  • Efficiently handle inquiries, converting them to viewings or appraisals.
  • Follow up on viewings for feedback and decisions.
  • Provide timely feedback to vendors.
  • Generate viewings through outbound calls.
  • Maintain regular updates for vendors and buyers.
  • Support administration and compliance checks.
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks.


Skills & Attributes

  • Ideally 2 years' experience in a Property Sales.
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
  • Rapid resolution of customer issues to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Proficient collaboration skills, effective in dynamic team settings.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
  • Customer-focused mindset with meticulous attention to process detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.


Hours of Work

9am 6.30pm: Monday Thursday

Early Finish Fridays

Saturday working (1 off per month)

Lieu day back during weeks that a Saturday is worked.
